| Description: | This was a 100 year old house with 2 bedrooms/ one bath. We added a 1/2 bath on the main floor and divided the larger bedroom into 2. The end result was a 1300 Sq. Ft 3bed/1.5 bath. We bought this one for $15,000 and it appraised for $56,900 after the remodel. This was the first major project that we ever did. We ended up with $27,000 in repair/carrying costs. |
