Hope for Corporate Wage slaves

Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life." Proverbs 13:12 (NIV)

Has God placed a longing in your heart for more? Will you fulfill that and be as a tree of life planted by streams of water, yielding your fruit in season with thriving leaves and everything prospering? (Our paraphrase of Psalm 1:3)

Hope is the main point of this website. We want to provide you with the inspiration to create the family dynamic for which you are searching. We were able to bring Dad home from a job that required much traveling and build a business together as a family. When the fifteen-year-old needs to get some hours in the car for his driver's ed class, Steve is able to incorporate that into his work and life. 2 years ago, when Steve's father was ill, he was able to travel the 500 miles to his parent's home every weekend. When his father passed away, we were able to be there the same day because of the flexibility our work offers.

Hope -- What does that mean to you? For us, it was a 2-week trip to Israel in 2007 as a culmination of a dream. For us, it is working with our children daily. For us, it means that we can minister as needed. For us, it means that we get to employ Jodi's retired executive assistant mother as our office manager. For us, it means we get to transform our community and help people with damaged credit one home at a time.

There are many vehicles to accomplishing what we have. We offer this one as a plan. We provide no "get rich quick" plans as we don't know any. We have been investing in real estate as a second income since 1993 and as our primary business since 2005. Along the way, we have learned many things and would love to share our nearly 15 years of house remodeling experiences (and mistakes) with you.

Don't defer your hope. Today is the day! "For with God, nothing shall be impossible." Luke 1:37 (KJV)

Come along and learn with us and catch some hope along the way.
