If you read this website much at all, you know that we buy most of our properties as the result of someone else's foreclosure. Here is an article that was recently on Yahoo News relating to buying foreclosed properties.

They mention in this article about buying HUD houses and using foreclosure services such as RealtyTrac. We have done both of these options and they both have upsides and downs.
